Deposit/Cancellation Policy *

The salon requires 48 hours' notice for all services. All new clients must pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve their appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you may be subject to a 50% of service cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you may be subject to a 100% of service cancellation fee. If you do not show up for an appointment you will not be able to schedule another appointment. if you or any of the fam are feeling unwell / have an emergency, no worries- just lmk asap.
