Are you accepting new clients?

To preserve available appointments for existing clients, Janet has limited the number of new projects she takes on. Her books open up on a month-by-month basis.
We will only be able to accommodate Tuesday - Thursday daytime appointments.
(All of the evening and Friday appointments are completely reserved, and we are closed on the weekends)

Are you hiring/do you have any available chairs?

Yes! :) We have one chair available, whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, long-term or temporary commitments.
Our rates are flexible and affordable with weekly and monthly options. If you’d like more information send an email.

What if I’m running late? Is that okay?

Our appointments are scheduled with specific time slots, taking into consideration the duration of your service as well as the necessary sanitation procedures before and after each appointment.
If you happen to be running late, it may limit our ability to complete the entire service as scheduled. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late without notice, we regretfully may be unable to perform your scheduled service and a cancellation fee may be applicable.

Can I bring my child or an additional person to my appointment?

While we understand the importance of accommodating everyone's needs, we aim to create an environment where each individual can fully enjoy a moment of self-care. To ensure the chillest of experiences, we kindly request that you attend your appointment alone without additional persons or children. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Do you offer private appointments?

Private, masked appointments are available, when scheduling permits, for clients who are immunocompromised or require personal or modesty accommodations.

How can I pay for my services? 

Cash, or card baby.

Do you have a cancellation policy? 

YES. The salon requires 48 hours’ notice for all services. All new clients must pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve their appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you lose your deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window there may be a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment there may be a $300 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid to reschedule.

If you do not show up for an appointment you will not be able to schedule another appointment. Sorrry :/

How much does a color correction cost?

Every color service is unique. Most corrective services fall within the $350-450+ range for the first session. Some corrections require multiple appointments to achieve the desired result. Please feel free to reach out to Janet with questions about pricing. She’s more than happy to give you an estimate or help find a budget-friendly solution!

How long will my appointment be?

Every service is unique and scheduled for your hair specifically. On average most appointments take 3-4 hours.

Can I work during my appointment?

Of course! This is your time. Feel free to bring your work, read a book, watch a show, or take a snooze.
We have wifi and offer private appointments by request.
